this links to the thriller genre due to the fact you can't see all there faces which shows vunrability but also the fact that something is being hidden, which therefore links to the title of the film before i go to sleep which entices the audience because you want to ask the question of what happens before she go to sleep? the target audience for this film would be middle aged people as the actors are middle aged and so they would be able to relate to them.
